   Fee For Service Prices:

  • X-Rays ($25-$40)

  • CT Scans, MRIs, and Ultrasounds ( Call for quoted pricing)

  • Laboratory Annual Studies ( $50-Female, $65- Male)

  • Discounted Wholesale Medications ($1.50- $5 for most generic)

EXAMPLE OF UNLIMITED COVERAGE

The Smith Family of 4 has a membership for $150/Month. 

On Monday- Mom thinks she has strep, so we swab her and prescribe her with antibiotics. We also took care of her annual exam. 

On Wednesday- Brother Billy is pulling on his ears, so we take a look and prescribe some ear drops. 

Unfortunately, The Smith Family is having a rough week because on Friday, Dad cut his finger cutting his favorite avocado. He came into the office and we sutured the wound. 

All of these services were included in the Smith Family's monthly membership so they paid no extra fees.
