$150 Per Visit for NON MEMBERS

(Additional fees may apply for advanced treatment and procedure costs)

$40 Per Visit for Telemedicine Visit (if appropriate for visit type)

$25 Sports Physicals for NON MEMBERS ( IN OFFICE ONLY)

At this time, we do not accept private insurance. We take cash, check, debit, credit card, and HSA.

The “Per Visit” fee includes an exam, diagnosis, and basic treatment.

Our hours for urgent care are based off availability. Urgent care services are conducted in the office or by telemedicine.
